Since the beginning of time, Human Beings are wired for survival.

Your mind will often tell you to stop venturing into the unknown because it wants you to be safe and live another day.

Over time, due to our conditioning or upbringing, we always gauge a risk by looking at what we can lose, when in actuality we need to consider what we can gain! That is why children have huge dreams, they have nothing to lose!!

How do we go about it then? Here is my step by step formula!

1) Know and Accept:-
Fear while taking a risk is inevitable. Accept that it is normal. Neil Armstrong and Edwin Aldrin were shit scared during their lunar mission. Every ambitious sports player have nerves on their debut match. Stage Fear!! You know it!!

2) The other side of Fear:-
Be aware of what your final outcome is. Has anyone done it before? What are their strategies? Are you passionate about finding out how it would make you feel or experience the journey? Most importantly, if tomorrow was your last day, would you want to do it?

3) Build it Up:-
Take tiny strides to give you the boost and celebrate your achievements. The confidence will build up eventually.

The Golden Rule: Greater the Risk, Greater the Setback and Greater the Comeback! The choice is yours!!
